Wow what a great week at Rite Aid! My total count of FREE stuff that I got this week as of the closing of Rite Aid last night is:
22 bottles of 7 up - some diet, they let me get some regular - all FREE
32 bottles of Softsoap hand soap - all FREE
23 Lip glosses - FREE
3 nail polish - FREE
The box of splenda was only $2.45 after the coupons, this box runs $6.99 regular price at the stores, so a great deal on that. And the pistachios were on sale for $2.50, I had 5 $1.00 coupons, this size bag runs $4 at walmart so $1.50 is a great deal.
And because Rite Aid uses the total before coupons, I am way over the $100 so I will get back $20 when I submit my receipts!
I took a picture - including all of the free water I got a few months ago, will post eventually, it is mainly for www.refundcents.com they give you a free month subscription when you send in your pics and a write up about your free/cheap stuff.
Now on to CVS, the Energizer $5 coupon expires TODAY and when you buy 3 again, you get $5 extra bucks, so i'll be there for a while getting some free batteries. I have a ton of ECbucks to use and those lovely $5 off of $15 cpns, and the Johnson & Johnson coupons for free baby stuff, so I do not plan on spending but a few dollars total. We'll see how it goes.

FREE 8x10 Friday 22nd Only
Tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 22 you can go to www.walgreens.com and upload a picture, choose 8x10 size, add it to your cart, go to checkout and put in where it asks for a "Promotional Code" put this exactly VERYNICE
You can then continue and pick your closest store to pick up your FREE 8x10 picture, no charge. I did this a month ago and picked my 8x10 up last weekend, the charge was 0.00. May be able to do this separate, multiple times, might just need different family names or something, I will try this time as I have some nice Christmas pictures that would look great in 8x10.

So many Deals!!
1. Don't forget CVS still has the 8 pks of batteries for $5.29, use the coupon from a below post to get the batteries for .29 cents each! You cannot get the $5 ECBucks this week, that was last week only, but you can't get .29 Energizer batteries anywhere else so what a great deal!
2. CVS, from the coupons below, the $2 Johnson & Johnson coupon, there are small bottles of shampoo at CVS for $1.99 and baby powder, and there are those cute bars of buddies soaps for .99. Just watch because sometimes this coupon only scans off $1, the clerk will have to manually put in the other $1 off your order. Don't forget to print out the Kleenex coupons and get stocked up. With these CVS coupons, I have gotten a ton of FREE stuff this past week, I am very thankful!
3. RITE AID!!! The Covergirl lip gloss tube and nail polish is on sale this week for $1.99, well, most of these bottles have a coupon stuck to them to take $2.00 off! You just pay tax. I got 18 lip glosses and 2 nail polish yesterday, total was $1.97. I did leave some for other people :) But that was just one Rite Aid too, there are about 4 more around these parts. Just look for the racks, the nail polish was right beside the lip gloss, and there were yellow $1.99 signs stuck to these racks in the cosmetics department.
ALSO - look in pharmacy for the magazine that has Shaquille o neal on it, i probably completely spelled that wrong, LOL, but the second to last page has a bunch of Rite Aid coupons on it, that can be used with a manufacturers coupon, I know the 7 up coupon is a good one, it is for $1.00 off of a 2 liter of diet 7 up, but if they are out of diet, they might let you substitute something else. I know our 2 liters are 1.29 this week, so not bad for .29 cent 2 liter of pop. I have not looked at the december rebate book, I thought someone said there was something in it regarding a rebate back on 7 up 2 liters or something, I'll have to look now that I jogged my memory.
OH and the best part, now until either the 24th of Dec. or 31st of Dec. at Rite Aid, when you spend $100.00, fill out the form online putting in each receipt from Rite aid and you get $20.00 back for every $100.00 you spend. So everything above, the price BEFORE coupons, is what goes towards your total. So my 18 lip glosses and 2 nail polishes, the $1.99 each goes towards my $100 total!! I'm almost halfway there and only spent $1.97. So it is worth it to look for these free items this week and get $20 bucks back too, and then just donate what you can't gift or use, that way everyone wins!
Rite Aid also has one of their glucose meters on sale for $30, there was a coupon for $30 off in one of the sunday inserts, if you have it, that would be a free monitor and $30 towards your $100 total. If you have multiple coupons, do this many times and see how many rebates per household you can get, could be a nice profit.
4. Target, gosh I wish there was a Target here! That www.afullcup.com from post below, there are coupons for $3 off of 2 Huggies products, there are wipes for $1.77 each, buy 2, take $3 off, you get them for .27 cents each. I just might have to make a special trip for this. Some people say that there is some type of printer at the front of the Target store that you can go in and print the coupons from there!! Not having to waste your ink at home, I have not checked on this but if I decide to make a special trip, I will call them and ask about it. Most people report being able to use as many of these coupons in one order as they want. Wow. Some of the other Target coupons are good now too, I think there are some produce ones that make the produce free, like celery and something else. When you buy the Glade flameless candle, you get a $5.00 Target Gift Card at the register! Not a bad deal considering there are $4.00 coupons out on these and they are approx. $9.78 I think was the price most people are reporting at Target. You can roll this deal, do it one time and then use the gift card for the next order, then keep doing the deal. So pay oop $5.xx for the first one, then pay .xx for the rest of them.
5. Kmart - haven't checked this one yet, its on my list as I have a job to do there today anyway - Glade Flameless candle/wisp refills are marked to $1.50 and have a sticky $2.00 off now coupon attached to them. Check for them if your at Kmart sometime.
6. Also at Kmart - at the Greeting cards there are $2 off of 3 American greetings items coupons, there were a ton of the coupons at one of my Kmarts, expiring 12/24 or 12/22 can't remember, and there are american greetings coupons in one of the sunday inserts to use too. I went and did not have the sunday coupon, but I got the .49 cents bags, 2 of them, and a .99 cent pack of stickers and paid .49 cents. I also did this with 2 of the .99 cent cards and one .49 bag, I was able to use three coupons on one order.
2. CVS, from the coupons below, the $2 Johnson & Johnson coupon, there are small bottles of shampoo at CVS for $1.99 and baby powder, and there are those cute bars of buddies soaps for .99. Coupon Generator CVS Target Food Lion
A Full Cup website now has a coupon generator for CVS coupons! Excellent! Most stores will allow you to use a store coupon and a manufacturer's coupon for the same item. The coupons on the coupon generator are store coupons, so print these and use them with a manufacturer's coupon for extra savings. http://www.afullcup.com/ is a great website by itself, but adding the cvs coupon generator is great! There is an energizer coupon from http://www.afullcup.com/ I am hearing that there is a great deal at CVS next week on energizer batteries, using the "a full cup" cpn and a manufacturer's coupon will make the batteries .29 cents a pack, I do not know if this is Before the ECBs or after, I have not seen the ad yet but either way, very cheap batteries just in time for Christmas toys.
How to get the coupons?
When you go to the full cup website, there is a purple bar across the top of the page, click on the option for "coupon menu" and then you can choose cvs coupon generator. You will see the picture of each coupon, how this works if you haven't printed coupons here before is you click on one of the coupons, a box pops up asking how many of this coupon you want to print, you type in a number and click ok. another box pops up asking if you are ready to print your coupons or if you want to choose more to print. If you choose the option to "pick more coupons" that box goes away and you can then click on the next coupon you want to print and follow the same steps until you are ready to print, then all of the coupons will print right after each other. The site probably explains it better, it was confusing the first time I printed target coupons. Target is not close enough to where I live, but I know a lot of people get very cheap or free food with the target coupon generator if you have a supertarget near you. people were getting free cans of tuna one week and free celery on another week and that is just to name a few things. hth ~ hope this helps!
www.refundcents.com is a website where a lot of people gather and post deals they find all day long - everyday. I read the site a few times a day and only post here a tiny bit of what goes on at that website. It costs $4 for 3 months to the site, once you subscribe you will be hooked, there is so much more to the site. They post next weeks ads for different stores and what cpns are available to use at each store to make it a good deal. Great website!

5 FREE Stamped envelopes Per Week...
I once saw this being done in Canada, so I searched and found that it is working in the United States as well. I just signed up so I do not know for a fact yet that this is working or not, but it is worth it for you to sign up to get on their mailing list. The stamped, ready to use envelopes that they send you, 5 per week, will have advertisements on them. Free postage is Free postage to me. It says they are in the process of getting more advertisers, I'm not sure if that is recent or not, but I signed up and will post if/when I get my first envelopes in the mail. If you want to sign up to receive the stamped envelopes for free, just visit the link below and sign up:

http://timesunion.com/adsonline/images/pdf/314996801.pdf
If I get 2 Pampers, they are $8.99 ea. this week, then get some P&G Toilet Paper to make the pg products over $20, I will get $5 register rewards to print out on my receipt. So once I get my order over $20, I first hand them my $4 off of $20 coupon, now we are at $16, hand them the $3 off of $15, now we are at $13, then hand them the $2 off of $10 coupon, we are down to $11. Then I would give them my two coupons for my pampers, each coupon is for $1.50 off, so $11 minus the $3 for these two coupons is $8 is my total, then $5 prints out for buying the pg products, not too bad at all, $3 total for 2 pampers and TP. I plan to do this this weekend with each card I have/can get a hold of from family, etc. it might be even slightly cheaper because I'm sure I have a TP coupon, even for .25 cents or so.
***NOW with the new $5 off $15 or more coupon I just found, I will make sure I grab some other stuff on the deal above, so that my order is about $26 dollars, use the $5 coupon first, brings us to $21, then the $4 cpn, bringing it to $17, then the $3 coupon, bringing it to $14, then the $2, bringing it to $12, then my 2 $1.50 cpns = $9.00 total, then prints the $5 ECbucks, so total would be $4.00 and you just got $5.00 worth of FREE stuff from cvs by adding $5 worth of product and using the $5 coupon!! Repeat this with each card you have. I use these coupons over and over again, the possibilities are endless!

Great week at CVS
If you have a CVS near you and have not started taking advantage of the free stuff they give you almost weekly and would like to start, please email me ecr1eah@yahoo.com, I will gladly help. It took me a while to get started but after my first deal, that was it. Here is what I got yesterday:
1st order: I got the Dove Skin Vitalizer face massager, $12.49, 1 aquanet hair spray $.99, and 2 Garnier Nutriste face creams, $5.99 each, total: $25.46. Had a printable cvs coupon for $5.00 off beauty order of $25 or more, one printable cvs cpn for $2.00 off of $10 order, had one $2.00 coupon for Garnier, one $1.00 cpn Garnier, and $3.50 cpn for Dove Vitalizer. Brought total down to $11.96, I used $10 in CVS bucks cpn that I had, total OOP(out of pocket) was $1.96 with tax. ***Printing at the bottom of my receipt was: $10 off next order for buying 2 Garnier products, and $5 off my next order for buying the dove skin vitalizer. So I spent $1.96 and now have $15 to spend at CVS next time!
Second order: 2 Garnier products one towlettes one face cream @ $5.99 each, hershey's mini reese cups @$2.50, and a halloween card for Rye's scrapbook @ $.50. total: $14.98 I used the cvs printable $2 off of $10 order, a $1 cpn for Garnier, another $1 cpn for Garnier, and $1.50 cvs printable cpn for the reese's, total: $9.48 I used one of my old $5 extra bucks bringing my oop total to $4.48, I was going to grab some candy to bring it up over $5 and use another extra buck but I did not think fast enough, usually I have this figured out in my head, so I just paid the money. ****Out printed my $10 extra bucks off my next cvs order.
Total spent out of pocket that day: $6.44, walked out with $25.00 in coupons to use at cvs for more fun!
I will be going back to get my other bag of mini reese cups because when you buy 2 you get a $3 extra bucks to print out. So total on two bags of reese cups I paid $2.00 for Both, and will get $3 off my next cvs order. AND when you buy $10 in hershey products this week, they will automatically send to your home a 2008 calendar. So I'd like to keep using my $1.50 coupons and get two more bags and get the calendar.
The last thing I Might do today is: Buy $20 in energizer batteries, get $10 extra bucks to print on your receipt. And supposedly cvs starts their next weeks ad on Saturday afternoon, so i will wait til late this evening because next weeks ad says "Buy $20 in energizer batteries and get 2 Shrek plushes mailed to the address signed up with your cvs card, automatically.". I will not use any oop for these batteries, I will use my extra bucks from above and there are $1 coupons, so I will probably spend $15 of my extra bucks from above, and walk out with $10 extra bucks, a lot of batteries, and some shrek stuff.
1st order: I got the Dove Skin Vitalizer face massager, $12.49, 1 aquanet hair spray $.99, and 2 Garnier Nutriste face creams, $5.99 each, total: $25.46.

Just a heads up to look for a new rebate form from P&G to get a free BC cookbook value to $25. It says buy 5 participating products from a Super Valu supplied store. So if your store sells the Super Valu brand of foods, look for this rebate form to be stuck to a shelf somewhere. I bought 2 Arm & Hammer Baking Sodas a few months ago, they were having a "form" then, and I just received their huge, new Betty Crocker cookbook in an awesome binder last month. This was the main cookbook that I used, but mine was from my wedding 7 years ago.

Great CVS Shop
Just got home from a great CVS shop.
Total OOP, Out of Pocket, $3.75. Would have been zero if I had brought my $4.00 extra bucks, forgot it at home.
I got 4 Children's Tylenol drops, $5.19 each and that Air Wick Ultra air freshner, $11.99 that I have been wanting for months and carrying the $5.00 coupon around with me.
Total was $32.xx, I started off by giving the clerk a cvs printable coupon for "Save $4.00 on a $20.00 order". I then gave her my "save $2.00 on a $10 order printable cvs coupon", then I gave her 4 of the $5.00 off Tylenol coupons, look on the left in my posts for the link to print two coupons per computer. and then last my $5.00 coupon for the airwick. Paid $3.75, and on my receipt printed a coupon(Extra Bucks) for $5.00 off of my next order. So I actually made $1.25 on this deal. Awesome! Lil' Rye is teething and Tylenol comes in very handy to help her pain.
There are a few other great deals going on this week, I have coupon searching to do first though and our CVS, no surprise, only has 5 of the item left, I want to get 4 for my deal, should only have to pay a few cents.

FREE Cheese
Finally!! This coupon took a long time for me to get it, I hope that it works for you! The coupon is for a package of FREE Liv Active Cheese, up to $4.50. Make sure that you print it twice!
Here is the problem, when you click the link below, when the page comes up what you are looking for is to scroll down, and on the left hand side there is an Advertisement, you are looking for this advertisement to be Green and say Liv Active on it, and it will say "Get a free package of cheese". The ads that come up are random, so you might not get the ad to come up the first time you click on the website, or the 20th time you click on the website. IF a different ad is displayed, then click the REFRESH button on your internet window. Or close the window, come back here and click the link again. Don't let this drive you crazy. If it does not show up and you have clicked refresh until you are bored, then just come back and try the link tomorrow again, it has taken me 5 days of trying to finally get the advertisement to come up! When you do see the advertisement, it will say "roll over to learn more" here is a pic of the ad:, click on the ad, it might give you a bigger picture of it:
simply put your mouse over where it says "roll over to learn more" then more info comes up, it will be hard to see because it is off the screen, sorry this is tricky, but what you need to click on is the box towards the bottom, right above the squares of cheese that all you can see is a small black arrow pointing to the right, when you put your mouse there it is clickable. There are two boxes at the top of the advertisement, one says "Try for two weeks", these will not take you to the coupon, but the one on the bottom of the advertisement will. Another window will open and you click on Print coupon. Your coupon will then print. ****Be sure to follow these steps again, the original window with the cheese ad will still be open, go back to it and follow the steps to print this coupon a second time. Twice is all it will allow you to print per computer. email me if you have any questions: ecr1eah@yahoo.com
This is a picture of what it will look like when you hover over it, see the red circle, that is the box that you need to click on in order to get this coupon to print.
try this link if you don't see it with the first link above, you are still looking for the same thing:
$5.00 Tylenol Coupon and FREE trial size Tylenol - Print yours now!
Here is the link to get your coupon for $5.00 off of any Tylenol product. Look below to find out how to print this coupon twice per computer.
If you have any questions about printing these twice, just email me at ecr1eah@yahoo.com, I'll be glad to help.
http://www.tylenol.com/page.jhtml?id=tylenol/news/subpcccoldmed.inc
1. Click the link above.
2. Once the page comes up, scroll clear to the bottom and on the LEFT side is a Red button that says "Download Coupon" - click this.
**Big NOTE: There are other coupons you can come back and print on the right side of this page, they are for $1.00 off, the MAIN one, though, is at the bottom right, if you do not spend the pricey money on Tylenol brand, print this coupon anyway - click where it says "$1 off Any Tylenol product", go to Walmart - to the trial size section, the Tylenol 4 pack is .97 cents usually, use this coupon and GET IT FREE. Don't forget to print this coupon twice too, after you print it once, click on the "Print coupon" button again.
3. Back to the $5.00 coupon, so you click on the red button, "Download coupon" and another window opens telling you your going to another website, that's ok, just click "Continue"
4. Another page opens that says at the top "Your coupons are waiting", scroll to the bottom and click on "Print coupons". You will see two computers flashing around and your coupon should start to print. Then it will automatically change and say "Thank you for printing our coupon you can close this window now".
You can either hit your BACK button at the top of the internet window 3 times in a row and you will see the computers moving around on your screen again meaning the coupon is printing a second time. Or you can close this window and go back to step two to print this coupon a second time. On your third attempt, it will say that you have already printed this coupon the number of times allowed. But two $5.00 coupons is an awesome deal!!
If you have any questions about printing these twice, just email me at ecr1eah@yahoo.com, I'll be glad to help.

I Love CVS!
So I had $5.00 in Extra Care Bucks (ECB's) to spend at CVS that expired today, I just couldn't let that happen! (Although most will take them after they expire) So, the only thing I knew there was a sale on that I had coupons handy for were the Soy Joy bars. They are $1.00 each on sale, and when you buy 4 of them, out prints a $4.00 ECB to use on your next order, so essentially they are FREE, but I had two coupons each coupon was for Buy 1 Get 1 FREE. So that takes up $2 of my $5.00 that I have to spend so that I do not spend any OOP (Out of Pocket) Money. I have been wanting one of those Air Wick air freshners that hang on your wall, I keep the coupons in my purse and have been searching for them to go on sale or clearance, so I checked that, nope, usual price $10, not spending that. Lady's last week told me that Target had some of these clearanced down to $4.75 and we have $4.00 coupons on them so I would have gotten one for .75 cents, but they were not clearanced at the Target I went to. Ok back to my CVS. So I have 4 Soy Joy bars, saw some very comfy fluffy socks for $1 each, grabbed 3 of them, so now we are at $5.00. I go to the register, hand all items over, my B1G1 coupons, my total is only $4.63, but I want to use my $5.00 bucks, so I grab a candy bar, give her my $5.00 bucks coupon, and end up paying .65 cents out of pocket for 3 pairs of fluffy socks, 4 soy joy bars, and some m&m's, and at the bottom of my receipt, there it is, $4 more dollars in ECB's, my coupon for $4.00 off of my next order!. Excellent! Besides the $4 ECB's I just got, I still have another $15 in Extra Bucks that expire in 3 days, so I hope they have a nice sale on something in this Sunday's ad so that I can use my Bucks to get more bucks!
Free Water til 11/4 at Kroger
At Kroger, through Sunday 11/4, the Ice Mountain packs of water, they have 6 packs for $2.99, 24 packs for $4.99, 8 pack of water pods for $2.99 and another little sports bottles, I think 8 pack for $2.99. WELL, take two of any of these to the register, lets say the 6 packs, to the register, pay the $6.00 for them. Out prints TWO coupons, each for $3.00 off of your next order!!!! So you paid $6.00 for the first two, but now go back and get 2 more and use your two $3 coupons, and get them free, you might have to pay tax depending on what your states tax rate is, if there is no tax like Ohio, I was under $6.00 so I grabbed a snack cake, then took off the $6.00 in coupons and I paid a whole .23 cents. Then prints two more $3 coupons! I just got back from two Kroger stores and now have 18 various packs of Ice Mountain waters that I paid .75 cents for my original two because I already had $5.25 in coupons from a previous sale, then .23 cents for each pair, for a grand total of: $4.43 cents for 18 various 6 packs of water and 5 lunch cakes. I tried the pods, they gave me the coupons. I tried the 6 packs, the little pod and sports bottles, and the 24 packs, all printed out two $3 coupons.
I will be cleaning out the stores. If they are giving it to me free, why shouldn't I go and get it? Thank you Kroger and Ice Mountain!

Kmart Free Purell Sanitizer - Chain Deal
Going on at Kmart right now, Buy the 2oz. of Purell hand sanitizer and at the register a coupon will print out of the Catalina coupon machine for $1.00 off of any one 2 oz. or larger. Go get that one, purchase it, use the $1.00 off Catalina coupon, and out will print a catalina coupon for $2.00 offof any 2. Then go buy the 2 and use the Catalina for them and another catalina coupon for $1.00 off of one will print. Purchasing only one the first time triggers the Catalina and from there it seems that they alternate between a $1.00 and a $2.00 Catalina coupon. These are on sale for $1.00 at Kmart right now! There are even $1.00 coupons from the Sunday, 10/7 Smartsource and the Sunday, 9/23 Smartsource coupon inserts to make your first one free and the rest of them free as well. Since this is a "chain" deal, keep returning to the store and repeat and have clean hands for the next year.
CVS Wow Free $$
CVS is great, this week, and it looks like at least next week too, here goes:
First you have to find the Diabete's book at your CVS store, the stores were not supposed to get them in until Nov. 1st, some stores had them earlier and put them out, they have coupons in them, the book is titled: Managing and Preventing Diabetes - It's a blue and white booklet with red lettering, "Managing and Preventing Diabetes". They have been found at the registers and back at the pharmacy, you can ask the pharmacy if you do not see them out. Grab as many as you possibly can and then send someone else in to get more, here is why:
Two major coupons in this book:
1. save 50.00 off Nova Max Monitor - this is a Diabetes monitor. The monitor is sale priced at CVS for $29.99 BUT when you buy one, you will get a coupon printed on the bottom of your receipt for $20.00 off of your next CVS order! SO, use the $50 coupon and get the monitor for free, and then you will have a coupon print out on your receipt for $20 off of your next order. There is a limit of 5 monitors per cvs card. Most CVS cashiers will know to use the $50 coupon and have to change the amount of the coupon to match the price of the monitor to get it free, I have not heard of anyone getting 20.00 overage (like the store ringing the coupon through at $50 even though the monitor is only $29.99) That would be awesome, I would immediately grab anything nearby that equaled $20, or have something handy in case the register shows they owe you $20.00 back.
2. Same thing as above except different monitor and different coupon from this booklet. I think this other monitor is on sale for $9.99 and you get $9.99 in Extra Care bucks printed off on your recipte and there is a coupon for this monitor in that Diabetes book. You can then donate these to hospitals or whoever can use them. If I am able to find any this week, that would be awesome, I will find someone to donate them too.

Use coupons on trial sizes!
I always check the trial sizes to see what I can use my coupons on. Walmart has some good things, by the registers, there are Purell coupons out right now, Olay $1.00 coupons can be used on the trial size at the registers at most walmarts, there are 1.00 packs of glad and zip lock bags usually at the register aisles, just keep this in mind the next time your at your store. I have gotten free shampoo/conditioner, the John Frieda, those coupons are old, they may have expired by now. Target has a huge section of trial sizes, I don't live close enough to one though. There are Tylenol and Advil trial sizes at walmarts too.

Refundcents.com for major Couponing
I have been a part of this website for 2 months now, it is called refundcents.com. It is a website where people who love to save money, get stuff free, go to find the next great deal and talk about the current coupon or refund deals they are working on. But the site is even more than that. People trade things on here like coupons, upc's, refunding forms, and a lot of other stuff. They also send out a magazine monthly that you get when you sign up. A fellow couponer who gets a ton of stuff FREE told me about this site and I do not regret signing up for one second and I will forever be a paying customer, you just cannot believe how much money you will save. The main part of this site is where the owner of the site lists deals and freebies that she finds on a daily basis, this is updated usually a few times a day. Then you have the board where everyone posts everything. Someone came home from the CVS store and found Shrek m&m's on clearance for .07cents a bag, not marked. So she logged into Refund Cents and posted that to everyone so now everyone will look for these on their next shopping trip. By the way - check your CVS for all Shrek candies, big bags of m&m's too, they are ringing up at around .30cents for the big bag! My CVS did not have anything left. People from all over the country use this board for all kinds of stores like Publix, Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid deals, Albertson's, Meijer's, Shop n Save, and other stores that I cannot think of because they are not near me. This is how I heard about the Kroger Glucerna deal going on. I read this board all day, everyday. Then I keep track of things in files on my computer, I have a file named Giant Eagle, and in it I type in the deals going on that I hear from other members on the board. Then I can print that out, look for my coupons, then go to that store.
Here is the link to sign up on line: http://refundcents.com/subscriptions.htm?RefID=FC4G
You can also sign up by mailing in the money and the form, I signed up for the 3 months subscription so mine is almost up, but I will be renewing, I don't care what it takes, I cannot live without this site now, I'm addicted. $8.00 for 3 months, that includes the magazine. $4 for 3 months if you just want the online access. I have been getting the magazine and it basically includes subscribers sending in stories and pictures of the stuff they have gotten good deals on. It includes a list of the current refunds that are out there right now, and it includes some tips and things on saving money. It is not as important as the website now that I have read two subscriptions, so you may want to just do the internet access for now, that is what is going to help you out with your weekly couponing. This site also lists the ads for the next week, usually by Tues./Wed. someone will have posted rite aids/cvs' ads for the Next week as well as the deals that you can get next week using what coupons you got in your sunday paper. It is truly amazing! If you have any questions just email me: ecr1eah@yahoo.com I'll be glad to answer.

The "All You" Magazine - Tons o' Coupons
There is a magazine sold only at Walmart, it is called "All You". It is located at the registers, anyway, it has a ton of great coupons in it each month. This month, the one out on shelves now, for Oct. even has a coupon to get a Swiss Miss multi pack FREE. This issue has the hamburger helper coupon in it for .50cents off, if your store doubles and has HHelper on sale then it is free. Our stores have been having a HH battle it seems as they all have been putting it on sale for $1.00 for the past month. I have a ton of HH and Chicken helper to use up. I found some sausage for .99 lb last week and stocked up, I think it will be great in some of those HHelper meals. Check the magazine out, it is $1.77 at Walmart, but very well worth it.
Many FREE Boxes of Glucerna cereal
Separate ways to get a lot of boxes of Glucerna cereal FREE:
1. Here is a link to get a coupon in the mail for up to $5.00 off of a Box of Glucerna cereal, one coupon per household. I heard that this cereal is located near the pharmacy section, not positive on that though.
When you click the link you can either type in the word HOUSE or JOURNAL in uppercase lettering and click Submit, this will then ask you for your info so they can send you the coupon.
http://glucerna.com/offer/landing.aspx?s=cereal
2. This is the BIG Deal: At Kroger this week when you buy a box of Glucerna cereal - no matter what the cost is, even if it is $3.99, a coupon will print out on the Catalina machine at the register good for $4.49 towards your next shopping order - so FREE cereal all week long. People have been able to chain coupon this too. Go in and get your first box, the coupon prints out, go back in and buy another box, using your coupon, and another coupon prints out, repeat all week until the sale ends or they run out of cereal. Check your Kroger out, I will be asap. There are coupons from the Sunday inserts, I believe from 9/9/2007 - $1.50 off of one box or $4.00 off of 2 boxes. BUT, if you buy the two in one transaction, you will not get two coupons, only one will print. BONUS: Look at all of the boxes, some people have found that on some of the boxes - on the top - there is a peelie coupon. This coupon is for a FREE $20.00 gift card if you call in your opinion on the cereal!!! I hope I can find one with that on it. I wish I could go right now! Good Luck, let me know how you do!

FREE lip gloss at Bath Body Works & CHEAP hotel stays....
Here is the link, print this out and take it with you for a free lip gloss up to $7.50 on your next purchase at Bath and Body Works, I was just there yesterday and they have a lot of new lip products, this coupon is good until Oct. 7th, this Sunday. I'm sure there will be a new one after that though, I'll post if I find it, there was one previous to this one that expired mid Sept.:

AND at Orbitz, right on the front page, orbitz.com, it announces two coupon codes. One code is to take $150.00 off of any 5+ night stay or take $75.00 off of any 3+ night stay. You just have to make the reservation by Nov. 1st and your hotel stay has to be before March 31, 2008!! And there are only certain destinations available, it is a "ski or sun" promotion so think cold or sunny for destinations. Here is an example of what someone got that I spoke to: She booked 5 nights in Florida, she found hotels as cheap as $31.00 a night and $34.00 with continental breakfast. So 34.00 x 5 nights = 170.00 minus the $150.00 = $20.00 and then the taxes, here total was $55.00 for 5 nights stay!!! That is awesome people. It explains it clearly on the site that you find your destination from the list, pick your dates, put in the coupon code for the 75 or 150 dollars off, the codes are: 3 day stay: SUNANDSKI75 and the 5 day stay promo code is: SUNANDSKI150 . You just type these into the spot that says promo code when you are making your reservations. What a great deal, I am even considering this, $55 for 5 nights???? That is awesome, now just how to get to Florida......

Cheap Pampers BRAND at CVS this week....& other HUGE Sweet deals!!
WOW! Did I do good this week at CVS. The deal is "Buy $20.00 worth of products on this page of the ad and get $5.00" in CVS bucks, or $10 in CVS bucks, different pages have different products that qualify. Well, while at CVS trying to figure out some deals, I figured out my Pampers - the good, expenseive, does not leak all over my daughter, brand - deal. They are $8.99 for the jumbo pack, size 3 has 40 diapers, which I was almost out of diapers except size 5's for later on that I got on sale a while ago - you never quite know what size to stock up on. We are in size 2's, almost 3's as Riley now weighs a little over 16 pounds! Ok, so the Dawn dish soap was on sale for .99cents and there are .50 cent coupons out on it. So, technically, you could have bought 21 bottles at .99 ea. = 20.79 minus a .50 coupon on each = you subtract $10.50, then print out and use the $4.00 off of $20 purchase coupon, so subtract $4.00 ( now $14.50) 20.79 minus 14.50 = $6.29 you pay at the register cash. Then at the bottom of your receipt what do you have? A coupon for $5.00 off of your next purchase!! Ad tax to the 6.29 = $6.73 - 5.00 on next purchase = a total of $1.73 cents you paid for 21 bottles of Dawn dish liquid!!!! wow!
So on to my deals. Each deal consisted of 2 packages of pampers at 8.99 each. so that brings total to $17.98 so I needed to get to $20 so I bought 3 dawn with the 2 pampers. I had 2 coupons for $2.00 off of pampers and 3 coupons for .50 off of each dawn. So coupons were minus $5.50. And I had the coupon "take $4.00 off of your $20 purchase", I printed as many as I needed to do each deal. So the 5.50 in coupons plus the 4.00 coupon = total of $9.50 in coupons. Add up my purchases: 8.99, 8.99, 3 x .99 = $20.95. minus coupons of 9.50 = $11.45. So I paid $11.45 plus tax = $12.14 for 2 pampers and 3 Dawns plus now I have my $5.00 off of my next order, bringing this down to 12.14 - 5.00 = net of $7.14 for this transaction!!!! Where can you get 2 pkg's pampers and 3 dawns for $7.14??? Only at CVS this week!!! The limit is 1 per card so I had to ask my husband, mom, other family to use their card so I could get these deals. I was able to do the deal 4 times total with 4 different cards since they were not going to be using their card for this deal. But what I did with their deals was I went in and with each card I bought the Crest pro health toothpaste, 2 of them they were $3.29 each. I had $1.00 off of each coupons. AND CVS was giving away 3.29 bucks for each toothpaste you bought, limit of 2 per card. So I paid at the register for these 2 toothpastes, 3.29+3.29 = 6.58 - 2.00 in coupons = 4.28 I paid at the register. Now I have $6.58 extra bucks that just printed on my receipt to do my pampers deals on each card. So I got the toothpastes free and an extra 1.00 for each. I used this money for each of my pampers deals besides my first deal because I did not think of the toothpaste, duh!! So at the register where the pampers deals were 11.45, i used my 6.58 bucks = $4.87 I paid at the register for the pampers deals after that first one. And now I have 4 cards worth of $5.00 bucks= 20.00, plus my card of bucks from the toothpaste(6.58) = $26.58 cents to spend at cvs on the next free deals. This is great!! And I am stocked up on toothpaste and pampers, oh and dawn dish liquid :) woohooo, my sister did the Tide deal and ended up making a killing on big bottles of Tide. The Tide is proctor/gamble in with the pampers deal I did and you are only allowed 1 per card so I vouched for the pampers because I needed them bad.
Sis got 4 Tide at 5.49 each = 21.96 minus .35 cent coupon on each = minus 1.40 and her 4.00 off 20.00 purchase coupon = 21.96 minus 5.40 in coupons = 16.56. BUT she did the mucinex first, she bought 2 mucinex for 10.00 each= 20.00 minus 4.00 coupon = 16.00 for two mucinex and got 10.00 extra bucks on her receipt. so her mucinex were 8.00 ea. and she used the 10.00 on her tide deal so she got her 4 bottles of tide for 16.56 MINUS the 10.00 = 6.56!!! Awesome deal sis!!
She did the Robitussin deal too, and now she can send in for the $5.00 rebate. she bought 4 robitussin at 6.00 each, had 3.00 on each coupons from web, and had one 4.00 off 20. purchase coupon so 24.00 for 4 robitussin minus 16.00 of coupons = 8.00 for 4 robitussin and she now has 10.00 cvs bucks to spend on her next order!! so that is a 2.00 profit, and then her rebate money! She only needed 3 items for her 5.00 rebate, so I suggested since she has 4 robitussin to go get 2 robitussin cough drops and do the rebate twice. it is worth spending 2 more dollars to get 5.00 more dollars back,... well, I think so anyway!!! So check the robitussin out at your CVS this week too. Rebate form was in the sunday paper inserts a few weeks back with 1.00 coupons.
And of course we were at Walgreen's picking up our free ink cartridges that were refilled ... for free.... and I saw the post its on clearance for $1.14, sis is the one who noticed they said super sticky, well, I have $2.00 coupons off of super sticky post its. So I wondered what would happen with the diff from 2.00 to 1.14? Would they give me that money off of my purchase??? So I grabbed some things I needed and the 7 post its, and the 7 coupons and what do you know, I only owed .95 cents!!!! I got the 7 post its, a traveler stainless steel coffee mug, 2 bags of caramels for halloween treat making, and a bottle of rootbeer. all for .95cents. So I thought I should go back in and check the school supplies aisle for any clearance laying around there, I found one super sticky post it index cards for 1.14, so I bought some chips that were B1G1, the good cracker cheese pretzel, combo's thats it, so I got 2 bags of those and the post its and my total was $1.21. and NOW I will clip the post it upcs and the receipts and put that toward a $5. mcdonald's gift certificate, remember, every 15. in post its = 5.00 gift card for mcd's or other restaurants, I forget the others except Chili's is on there. ohh, another thing I just remembered I have to check on asap is:
On the back of the Walgreen's coupon book in the store, it mentioned buy 4 wyeth products at Walgreens (the robitussin I bought 5 of last week) and you get $100.00 towards a spa purchase!@!!! I have no idea what that means yet until I go to the website, but it looks like mama might be getting a day at the spa for the first time in my life!! I have always sooo bad wanted to get a back massage, especially when I was pregnant, but never got one, hopefully now I can get one for free! I have to go check on that right now... gotta find that book.
Remember to always keep organized. I have envelopes with the rebate forms in them, addressed, stamped, and ready to go. I put my upc's and receipts in the envelope as I go. With post its, I write on the upc - I cut out a little larger around the barcode so I can write the amount that post it cost, to the penny. If it was .97 cents, that is what I put. Because your post its have to be at least $15.00. so you would need to buy 16 at .97 cents each to send in for your gift card. Very important. Then when i have all the receipts/items/upc's bought, I just make a photocopy of it all, file it with the date I mailed it out, and mail it out.
So on to my deals. Each deal consisted of 2 packages of pampers at 8.99 each. so that brings total to $17.98 so I needed to get to $20 so I bought 3 dawn with the 2 pampers. Giant Eagle Cookie Crisp Cheap
At Giant Eagle, I stopped in because they double most coupons up to .99 cents, yes there was a rumor they were getting rid of the doubling, but because of so many complaints or something, about two weeks after the announcement, they have decided not to go through with it.... so I hear. I do not usually shop at GE but was right next to one so decided to price check with some of my high value coupons, plus a lady had told me about the cookie crisp deal. So some General Mills cereals this week, the ad going right now, are 6 for $10, and when you buy 6 you get, instantly, $3 off at the register, making them 6 for $7. A good deal on its own, BUT, there is a coupon .75 off of 2. So use 3 of these coupons, GE will not double this coupon though because the coupons states "not to be doubled" or something like that. I was not sure if it would double or not, so I decided to get 12 boxes and see what happens at the register. After the coupons, not doubled, made 6 boxes for $4.75.... The kicker?? There is a coupon on the box to get a FREE box of those fruit Stackers snacks.!!! cool! So now for $4.75 you are not only getting 6 boxes of cereal, you are also getting 6 boxes of fruit stackers whenever you want!! So the coupon did not double, so I went back in with 6 boxes to return them, telling them I did not want them because they did not double and they went ahead and doubled the coupon and gave me some money back. So 6 boxes were a total of $2.50!! and my other 6 boxes were $4.75. Not bad, and they do not expire until sept. 2008 so we have plenty of time to use them up. If you are reading this in time, go get 'em!!

Did U get your robitussin?
I went to Walgreen's yesterday and got 5 of the Robitussin for my rebates. I was planning on getting 4 tussin and 2 cough drops because you are allowed one cough drop bag per rebate offer, but they were out. So I had 5 $3.00 off Robitussin coupons with me so I bought 5, that made them $1.00 a bottle!! I will pick up a bag of robitussin cough drops at walmart or somewhere to complete two rebates, which will get me $10.00 back in the mail. Not too bad at all, if the tussin cough drops are a $1 at Wally then I paid $6 out of pocket for 5 Robitussin cough medicines and 1 bag of cough drops, but will get $10 by mail. Not bad at all, and just in time for the season as my whole household is almost over our first colds of the year. I hope you all got in on this deal, it was well worth my time. While I was at Walgreens, I had a raincheck for the Warm Delights, those little bowls of deliciousness, the rain check was to get 4 of them at $1.50 each, but I had a ton of $1 off of 1, making them .50 cents each, so I got my last four while I was there..... next time I will get more rain checks, I still have a ton of coupons. And while they do not help me trying to lose post pregnancy weight, they are so delicious..... I'm eating one right now, caramel..... Yum!

Post it's... FREE....
Awesome, I just found post its are $1.00 at Family Dollar, and Walmart has these flags for .97cents. The link below opens a pdf file where you can print as many coupons for $2.00 off of any sticky notes recycleds, and there is a $1.00 off of ANY post it product, these do not even expire until dec. 31. so download and save this pdf file to your pc and print away. What I do, is scroll down on your pdf file until you see the coupons on your screen, then click on File, Print, on that screen, at the top left you can click the circle for "current view" that will print ONLY what you actually see on your screen, so as not to waste too much more ink that you would waste by printing the whole document. I also go into my printer settings for each print and change to like fast normal mode, instead of normal. The coupons still scan at the register but it uses less ink.
Also, until Dec. 31, save your post it upc's and your receipts and for every $15.00 worth of post its you buy, or get free :) you can send away for a FREE $5.00 McDonald's gift card!!!! I do not believe there is a limit per household, you can just only send in one form per envelope!!!! Wow, I sent in today for my first round of McDonald's $5.00 gift cards from my fREE post it shopping.
Here is the link for the Post-it coupons: http://www.3m.com/us/office/postit/promos/recycledSweepstakes/recycledNotes.html?WT.mc_id=www.post-it.com/recycled
Also, on this page, you can sign up for post it perks club, and receive coupons before anyone else, as well as free samples when they are available. They had a nice free sample giveaway a month ago, but it seems to be over now.

Johnson's free stuff
Here is a link a new $4.00 off of Johnson's stress away, you can get the body lotion which runs $3.98 at Walmart, so it would be FREE. Or you can get the body Wash, which has been $4.54 at Walmart, and pay only .45 cents for a huge 20.3 ounce bottle. I already have two bottles, since this is a new coupon, you are allowed to print two of them. Once your coupon starts to print, watch your printer, after the coupon has printed, it prints first on the page, hit cancel on your printer so you don't waste ink on the rest of the page, it is just blah blah writing. Close the window after you printed one copy, and click on the link below again and then print another copy. Happy shopping!!!!!

Print your $3.00 Robitussin coupon
Here is a link to print out a coupon for $3.00 off of Robitussin. This is just in time for winter. I am told that this will be on sale at Walgreens the week starting Sept. 30th, so hold on to them if you have a Walgreen's near you, I'll know next week what kind of deal it will be.
I got my boxes of Kleenex at Kroger this week for .33 cents per box, needless to say I stocked up on them, the guy ringing me out thought I must be crazy! Not the generic brand, but the good kleenex, just in time for winter colds to set in.
The coupon for the Robitussin says 1 per purchase, I printed one out for my husband and for myself, "might" print out another one.....

I got a pkg of reduced ground beef 6 pounds for $5.86
My total came to.......................... $3.86!!! WOW.
And I will get .20 cents off per gallon in October at the Kroger gas station, 4 times. That helps soooo much!

15 campbell soups - .60c each -3 coupons for $1 off 5 = .40c each
PLUS
these 15 cans qualified me to get $5 off of this shopping order!!!

Krazy Kroger Sales!!!
WOW what a great three weeks it has been at Kroger's with their Krazy Kroger Sales "Reward your School, Reward Yourself" deals. And I mean deals! Very very sadly the sale comes to an end.
I still have one more trip today to get more free Pillsbury crescent rolls and I will make $5 for each 15 that I get free, I have 29 coupons left to use today. Thank you Kroger!! I am going to cook them with hot dogs and meat in them and then freeze them so that they do not go to waste here.
This morning, 1st trip totaled $8.82 for the following:
pkg of ham lunch meat was $1.29 - .29c after coupon
Clearanced ribs: $3.19
B1G1 Free meat: Chuck steak $2.89 and Chuck Steak was $2.74 got it free
4 boxes Totino's pizza rolls - was $1.50 ea. - .70c each after coupons
2 Prego pasta sauce - was $1.67 ea. - .67c ea. after coupons
then the 9 pillsbury 4pk. crescent rolls were $1 ea. -- all 9 FREE after coupons
So those last 15 products then qualified me for $5.00 off of my order, yeah!
15 cans campbell's tomato/chicken noodle soups - were .60c ea. after coupon 1.00 off 5 they were .40c a can AND
These 15 can's qualified me for another $5.00 off of my shopping order!!
Needed mayo so decided to try Kroger brand comparison even though I only love miracle whip, we'll see how it does, $1.79 and Kroger has that "try our brand and if you don't like it get the name brand free" so might have to take them up on that.
1 can generic spaghetti o's for .52 just crazing them.
All of this for $8.82, not bad, I'd say I save the state a lot of $$ by using my coupons like a crazy person.
And I am now only $9.00 away from getting .20 cents off per gallon of gas 4 separate times in Oct. but I still have one more trip to do and get my wic items so I'll definitely be over it.
If you have any coupons you would like to donate, just email me at ecr1eah@gmail.com and I'll gladly give you my address, most will not go to waste as I have a huge box with categories to keep all coupons in until they can be used on a sale. If I cannot get it cheaper than the generic or the Aldi's/Savealot price, then I will not use it.

I Love Free Stuff!
I thought that my first quick post would be a list of a few sites that I frequent for getting Stuff FREE. At least 4 of the 6 days of the week the mail delivers, I am getting something FREE in the mail.
To simplify signing up for FREE stuff, you must download and utilize RoboForm. I am looking for something better, but it is the best at this time. Click this link to get to their site:
http://www.roboform.com/
Basically what RoboForm is, is a program that you type in your basic shipping information like name, mailing address, phone, email. Then when you are on the internet page with a form that needs filled out so that you can get something in the mail FREE, you go to the top of your internet page and click ONE button and RoboForm will fill in the whole form for you, as long as you had that information pre-filled into RoboForm. It is a HUGE time saver, I will tell you. I could not live without it now. I save my website login ID's and passwords and now I am spoiled.
Anyway, on to the FREE stuff:
1. I call this my High-Class FREE stuff go-to-er. There are REALLY Nice Freebies on this board. All you do is look at what is written in each box, if that FREEbie sounds good, click on the words to get into that message and boom, it will tell you what it is and give you a website address to click on. Go to that site, fill out the form, and in 2-8 weeks you get your FREEbie in the mail. I Love it!
Volition: http://forum.volition.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=7
2. E-online - there are over 20 pages of FREEbies on this message board. This was my first one and I received a ton of Great FREEbies from this site: http://boards.eonline.com/Insider/Boards/thread.jspa?threadID=48655&tstart=0
I have to run, this will keep you busy for the next WEEK!
