Great week at CVS

If you have a CVS near you and have not started taking advantage of the free stuff they give you almost weekly and would like to start, please email me ecr1eah@yahoo.com, I will gladly help. It took me a while to get started but after my first deal, that was it. Here is what I got yesterday:

1st order: I got the Dove Skin Vitalizer face massager, $12.49, 1 aquanet hair spray $.99, and 2 Garnier Nutriste face creams, $5.99 each, total: $25.46. Had a printable cvs coupon for $5.00 off beauty order of $25 or more, one printable cvs cpn for $2.00 off of $10 order, had one $2.00 coupon for Garnier, one $1.00 cpn Garnier, and $3.50 cpn for Dove Vitalizer. Brought total down to $11.96, I used $10 in CVS bucks cpn that I had, total OOP(out of pocket) was $1.96 with tax. ***Printing at the bottom of my receipt was: $10 off next order for buying 2 Garnier products, and $5 off my next order for buying the dove skin vitalizer. So I spent $1.96 and now have $15 to spend at CVS next time!

Second order: 2 Garnier products one towlettes one face cream @ $5.99 each, hershey's mini reese cups @$2.50, and a halloween card for Rye's scrapbook @ $.50. total: $14.98 I used the cvs printable $2 off of $10 order, a $1 cpn for Garnier, another $1 cpn for Garnier, and $1.50 cvs printable cpn for the reese's, total: $9.48 I used one of my old $5 extra bucks bringing my oop total to $4.48, I was going to grab some candy to bring it up over $5 and use another extra buck but I did not think fast enough, usually I have this figured out in my head, so I just paid the money. ****Out printed my $10 extra bucks off my next cvs order.

Total spent out of pocket that day: $6.44, walked out with $25.00 in coupons to use at cvs for more fun!

I will be going back to get my other bag of mini reese cups because when you buy 2 you get a $3 extra bucks to print out. So total on two bags of reese cups I paid $2.00 for Both, and will get $3 off my next cvs order. AND when you buy $10 in hershey products this week, they will automatically send to your home a 2008 calendar. So I'd like to keep using my $1.50 coupons and get two more bags and get the calendar.

The last thing I Might do today is: Buy $20 in energizer batteries, get $10 extra bucks to print on your receipt. And supposedly cvs starts their next weeks ad on Saturday afternoon, so i will wait til late this evening because next weeks ad says "Buy $20 in energizer batteries and get 2 Shrek plushes mailed to the address signed up with your cvs card, automatically.". I will not use any oop for these batteries, I will use my extra bucks from above and there are $1 coupons, so I will probably spend $15 of my extra bucks from above, and walk out with $10 extra bucks, a lot of batteries, and some shrek stuff.

Just a heads up to look for a new rebate form from P&G to get a free BC cookbook value to $25. It says buy 5 participating products from a Super Valu supplied store. So if your store sells the Super Valu brand of foods, look for this rebate form to be stuck to a shelf somewhere. I bought 2 Arm & Hammer Baking Sodas a few months ago, they were having a "form" then, and I just received their huge, new Betty Crocker cookbook in an awesome binder last month. This was the main cookbook that I used, but mine was from my wedding 7 years ago.

Great CVS Shop

Just got home from a great CVS shop.

Total OOP, Out of Pocket, $3.75. Would have been zero if I had brought my $4.00 extra bucks, forgot it at home.

I got 4 Children's Tylenol drops, $5.19 each and that Air Wick Ultra air freshner, $11.99 that I have been wanting for months and carrying the $5.00 coupon around with me.

Total was $32.xx, I started off by giving the clerk a cvs printable coupon for "Save $4.00 on a $20.00 order". I then gave her my "save $2.00 on a $10 order printable cvs coupon", then I gave her 4 of the $5.00 off Tylenol coupons, look on the left in my posts for the link to print two coupons per computer. and then last my $5.00 coupon for the airwick. Paid $3.75, and on my receipt printed a coupon(Extra Bucks) for $5.00 off of my next order. So I actually made $1.25 on this deal. Awesome! Lil' Rye is teething and Tylenol comes in very handy to help her pain.

There are a few other great deals going on this week, I have coupon searching to do first though and our CVS, no surprise, only has 5 of the item left, I want to get 4 for my deal, should only have to pay a few cents.

FREE Cheese

Finally!! This coupon took a long time for me to get it, I hope that it works for you! The coupon is for a package of FREE Liv Active Cheese, up to $4.50. Make sure that you print it twice!
Here is the problem, when you click the link below, when the page comes up what you are looking for is to scroll down, and on the left hand side there is an Advertisement, you are looking for this advertisement to be Green and say Liv Active on it, and it will say "Get a free package of cheese". The ads that come up are random, so you might not get the ad to come up the first time you click on the website, or the 20th time you click on the website. IF a different ad is displayed, then click the REFRESH button on your internet window. Or close the window, come back here and click the link again. Don't let this drive you crazy. If it does not show up and you have clicked refresh until you are bored, then just come back and try the link tomorrow again, it has taken me 5 days of trying to finally get the advertisement to come up! When you do see the advertisement, it will say "roll over to learn more" here is a pic of the ad:, click on the ad, it might give you a bigger picture of it:

simply put your mouse over where it says "roll over to learn more" then more info comes up, it will be hard to see because it is off the screen, sorry this is tricky, but what you need to click on is the box towards the bottom, right above the squares of cheese that all you can see is a small black arrow pointing to the right, when you put your mouse there it is clickable. There are two boxes at the top of the advertisement, one says "Try for two weeks", these will not take you to the coupon, but the one on the bottom of the advertisement will. Another window will open and you click on Print coupon. Your coupon will then print. ****Be sure to follow these steps again, the original window with the cheese ad will still be open, go back to it and follow the steps to print this coupon a second time. Twice is all it will allow you to print per computer. email me if you have any questions: ecr1eah@yahoo.com

This is a picture of what it will look like when you hover over it, see the red circle, that is the box that you need to click on in order to get this coupon to print.

try this link if you don't see it with the first link above, you are still looking for the same thing:

$5.00 Tylenol Coupon and FREE trial size Tylenol - Print yours now!

Here is the link to get your coupon for $5.00 off of any Tylenol product. Look below to find out how to print this coupon twice per computer.
If you have any questions about printing these twice, just email me at ecr1eah@yahoo.com, I'll be glad to help.

http://www.tylenol.com/page.jhtml?id=tylenol/news/subpcccoldmed.inc

1. Click the link above.

2. Once the page comes up, scroll clear to the bottom and on the LEFT side is a Red button that says "Download Coupon" - click this.

**Big NOTE: There are other coupons you can come back and print on the right side of this page, they are for $1.00 off, the MAIN one, though, is at the bottom right, if you do not spend the pricey money on Tylenol brand, print this coupon anyway - click where it says "$1 off Any Tylenol product", go to Walmart - to the trial size section, the Tylenol 4 pack is .97 cents usually, use this coupon and GET IT FREE. Don't forget to print this coupon twice too, after you print it once, click on the "Print coupon" button again.

3. Back to the $5.00 coupon, so you click on the red button, "Download coupon" and another window opens telling you your going to another website, that's ok, just click "Continue"

4. Another page opens that says at the top "Your coupons are waiting", scroll to the bottom and click on "Print coupons". You will see two computers flashing around and your coupon should start to print. Then it will automatically change and say "Thank you for printing our coupon you can close this window now".

You can either hit your BACK button at the top of the internet window 3 times in a row and you will see the computers moving around on your screen again meaning the coupon is printing a second time. Or you can close this window and go back to step two to print this coupon a second time. On your third attempt, it will say that you have already printed this coupon the number of times allowed. But two $5.00 coupons is an awesome deal!!

I Love CVS!

So I had $5.00 in Extra Care Bucks (ECB's) to spend at CVS that expired today, I just couldn't let that happen! (Although most will take them after they expire) So, the only thing I knew there was a sale on that I had coupons handy for were the Soy Joy bars. They are $1.00 each on sale, and when you buy 4 of them, out prints a $4.00 ECB to use on your next order, so essentially they are FREE, but I had two coupons each coupon was for Buy 1 Get 1 FREE. So that takes up $2 of my $5.00 that I have to spend so that I do not spend any OOP (Out of Pocket) Money. I have been wanting one of those Air Wick air freshners that hang on your wall, I keep the coupons in my purse and have been searching for them to go on sale or clearance, so I checked that, nope, usual price $10, not spending that. Lady's last week told me that Target had some of these clearanced down to $4.75 and we have $4.00 coupons on them so I would have gotten one for .75 cents, but they were not clearanced at the Target I went to. Ok back to my CVS. So I have 4 Soy Joy bars, saw some very comfy fluffy socks for $1 each, grabbed 3 of them, so now we are at $5.00. I go to the register, hand all items over, my B1G1 coupons, my total is only $4.63, but I want to use my $5.00 bucks, so I grab a candy bar, give her my $5.00 bucks coupon, and end up paying .65 cents out of pocket for 3 pairs of fluffy socks, 4 soy joy bars, and some m&m's, and at the bottom of my receipt, there it is, $4 more dollars in ECB's, my coupon for $4.00 off of my next order!. Excellent! Besides the $4 ECB's I just got, I still have another $15 in Extra Bucks that expire in 3 days, so I hope they have a nice sale on something in this Sunday's ad so that I can use my Bucks to get more bucks!

Free Water til 11/4 at Kroger

At Kroger, through Sunday 11/4, the Ice Mountain packs of water, they have 6 packs for $2.99, 24 packs for $4.99, 8 pack of water pods for $2.99 and another little sports bottles, I think 8 pack for $2.99. WELL, take two of any of these to the register, lets say the 6 packs, to the register, pay the $6.00 for them. Out prints TWO coupons, each for $3.00 off of your next order!!!! So you paid $6.00 for the first two, but now go back and get 2 more and use your two $3 coupons, and get them free, you might have to pay tax depending on what your states tax rate is, if there is no tax like Ohio, I was under $6.00 so I grabbed a snack cake, then took off the $6.00 in coupons and I paid a whole .23 cents. Then prints two more $3 coupons! I just got back from two Kroger stores and now have 18 various packs of Ice Mountain waters that I paid .75 cents for my original two because I already had $5.25 in coupons from a previous sale, then .23 cents for each pair, for a grand total of: $4.43 cents for 18 various 6 packs of water and 5 lunch cakes. I tried the pods, they gave me the coupons. I tried the 6 packs, the little pod and sports bottles, and the 24 packs, all printed out two $3 coupons.

I will be cleaning out the stores. If they are giving it to me free, why shouldn't I go and get it? Thank you Kroger and Ice Mountain!

Kmart Free Purell Sanitizer - Chain Deal

Going on at Kmart right now, Buy the 2oz. of Purell hand sanitizer and at the register a coupon will print out of the Catalina coupon machine for $1.00 off of any one 2 oz. or larger. Go get that one, purchase it, use the $1.00 off Catalina coupon, and out will print a catalina coupon for $2.00 offof any 2. Then go buy the 2 and use the Catalina for them and another catalina coupon for $1.00 off of one will print. Purchasing only one the first time triggers the Catalina and from there it seems that they alternate between a $1.00 and a $2.00 Catalina coupon. These are on sale for $1.00 at Kmart right now! There are even $1.00 coupons from the Sunday, 10/7 Smartsource and the Sunday, 9/23 Smartsource coupon inserts to make your first one free and the rest of them free as well. Since this is a "chain" deal, keep returning to the store and repeat and have clean hands for the next year.

CVS Wow Free $$

CVS is great, this week, and it looks like at least next week too, here goes:
First you have to find the Diabete's book at your CVS store, the stores were not supposed to get them in until Nov. 1st, some stores had them earlier and put them out, they have coupons in them, the book is titled: Managing and Preventing Diabetes - It's a blue and white booklet with red lettering, "Managing and Preventing Diabetes". They have been found at the registers and back at the pharmacy, you can ask the pharmacy if you do not see them out. Grab as many as you possibly can and then send someone else in to get more, here is why:

Two major coupons in this book:
1. save 50.00 off Nova Max Monitor - this is a Diabetes monitor. The monitor is sale priced at CVS for $29.99 BUT when you buy one, you will get a coupon printed on the bottom of your receipt for $20.00 off of your next CVS order! SO, use the $50 coupon and get the monitor for free, and then you will have a coupon print out on your receipt for $20 off of your next order. There is a limit of 5 monitors per cvs card. Most CVS cashiers will know to use the $50 coupon and have to change the amount of the coupon to match the price of the monitor to get it free, I have not heard of anyone getting 20.00 overage (like the store ringing the coupon through at $50 even though the monitor is only $29.99) That would be awesome, I would immediately grab anything nearby that equaled $20, or have something handy in case the register shows they owe you $20.00 back.
2. Same thing as above except different monitor and different coupon from this booklet. I think this other monitor is on sale for $9.99 and you get $9.99 in Extra Care bucks printed off on your recipte and there is a coupon for this monitor in that Diabetes book. You can then donate these to hospitals or whoever can use them. If I am able to find any this week, that would be awesome, I will find someone to donate them too.

Use coupons on trial sizes!

I always check the trial sizes to see what I can use my coupons on. Walmart has some good things, by the registers, there are Purell coupons out right now, Olay $1.00 coupons can be used on the trial size at the registers at most walmarts, there are 1.00 packs of glad and zip lock bags usually at the register aisles, just keep this in mind the next time your at your store. I have gotten free shampoo/conditioner, the John Frieda, those coupons are old, they may have expired by now. Target has a huge section of trial sizes, I don't live close enough to one though. There are Tylenol and Advil trial sizes at walmarts too.

Free 2008 Calendar

I love calendars, they come in sooo handy, here is a link to have a 2008 calendar sent to you for FREE:

If you know of any other places to get free calendars, please let me know in the comments, I know Ace Hardware is giving out a calendar and it has coupons in it, but other than that I have not heard of any others yet.

Another FREE Bath n Body Works Lotion

The November issue of the Seventeen magazine has a coupon on page 3 for a FREE Bath & Body Works Velvet Tuberose lotion valued at $10. There is a 50 cents off coupon toward your purchase of this Nov. issue at http://www.seventeen.com/magazine/special/save-money-1007 Walmart has the magazine for around $2.69, but you may be better off checking a store that will double this coupon to get the magazine cheaper.

You do not have to make a purchase to receive this product, just walk in with that page from the magazine to get your lotion!

Also, I heard that BBWorks is putting a coupon in your bag for any free Temptations or Signature Collection up to $11 with a purchase of $10. So if you are planning on making at least a 10.00 purchase you will most likely get this coupon in your bag when you pick up your free lotion, or just ask the clerk if they have any coupons available.
