I found a way to double play those CVS .29 cent packs of batteries. Here are two forms you can send in with your upc's to get FREE stuff:
3 Proofs of purchase from Energizer batteries (see form for more details) and receipt to get your "Power to Keep Going" Tote supporting Breast Cancer Awareness or Charm Bracelet, you can send in for each one, they must receive your form by 1/10/08, go to this website link and at the bottom right corner are the two forms to download, under each picture it says "Download Form", just click on that, they open in Adobe:
